Field Notes
The Field Notes are an ensemble of essays written in proximity to lived systems: work, relationships, objects, decisions, and environments exposed to stress over time. These are observations recorded while ideas are still being tested.
Rather than abstract theory, the focus here is on how antifragility appears in practice: where it emerges unexpectedly, where it fails, and where well-intended structures reveal hidden fragilities. Some entries are narrow and situational; others point toward broader patterns. All are grounded in experience.
Field Notes entries are independent, occasionally unfinished, and allowed to contradict one another. What matters here is fidelity to what was observed at the time, rather than coherence in retrospect.
